What timelines do you usually work within?
That depends on the scope. Some engagements are short and focused, while others run over a longer horizon. Most projects sit somewhere between a few weeks and a few months.
What engagement models do you offer?
We work through three engagement models: Turnkey, Time & Materials, and Retainer. The right model depends on the scope, pace, and stage of the work.
Do you offer discovery phases or audits?
Yes. Discovery, audits, and early-stage assessments are often a strong way to begin. They help define the problem clearly, reduce risk, and create a better basis for what comes next.
