HYDP · Precision creator marketing, built to convert

Proof of concept to a working product. Creator discovery, pricing intelligence, and performance visibility, in one platform.

POC to MVP in one cycleAI niche tagging

Influencer marketing grew faster than the tools which measure it.

Spend moved to creators before anyone agreed how to price them. The platforms which followed the money optimized for scale, then for speed, which are the two things the category already had. Brands ended up buying reach faster and reporting it as results.

HYDP wanted the opposite instrument. A platform for brands which need a specific audience, a defensible price, and a number they can take to a board. Not the largest database. The shortest defensible list.

We sat with the people who sign creator budgets.

The research ran through the buying side of the market: brand and agency teams choosing creators for real campaigns, and the tools they used to defend the choice afterwards. The pattern repeated. Shortlists came from follower counts, prices came from rate cards, and proof came last, if it came at all.

Relevance is a data problem, not a volume problem.

We looked at how brands actually choose creators, and found the decision breaking in three places: who fits, what they should cost, and whether the last campaign worked. Each was answered by a different tool, or by nobody.

Alignment first, price second, proof third.

Scope the product to the three answers, and nothing else.

So the product was scoped around those three answers and nothing else. Alignment first, price second, proof third, in that order, because that is the order in which the money moves.

The brief, stated in words. Alignment, price, and proof, answered in that order.

State the brief in words, get a shortlist back.

The defined experience begins with a sentence, not a filter panel: a brand states the audience in plain language, and the platform returns creators scored for alignment, price, and safety. The campaign then reports itself, in the same system the search ran in.

A modular platform, taken from concept to first release.

Talent discovery with niche and ultra-niche tagging, so a brand can search for an audience rather than a follower count. A dynamic pricing engine which gives the number a rate card cannot. Content sentiment analysis and ROI forecasting, so the campaign reports itself.

Built on modular microservices, which means a market can be added without rebuilding the platform underneath it. Strategy, product, brand, and experience, delivered end to end by the studio.

Alignment, price, and proof in one table, the order the money moves in. The same shortlist, in the hand.
Platform APIs

Creator data pulled at source, across every platform a brand buys.

Niche tagging

AI tags to the ultra-niche, so search finds an audience, not a follower count.

Pricing engine

A dynamic number where the market runs on rate cards.

Sentiment

Content read for tone and quality before a brand puts money near it.

Brand safety

Risk scored per creator, defensible in front of a board.

Campaign brief

From shortlist to brief in the same system the search ran in.

A working product, and a category argument to go with it.

2,000+ creators in the discovery pool, tagged to the ultra-niche
average campaign ROI, as the platform reports it
9.9 partner NPS, as the platform reports it

The platform is early, and the record above is the platform’s own: the discovery pool it operates, and the returns and satisfaction it reports. We publish them as the platform’s numbers, not as ours. The campaign record belongs to the campaigns which run on it, and the product is built so that record reports itself.
