CORE Flow basin overview: live field map with monitored zones and a predictive maintenance alert

A water operator drowning in signals and blind to the ones that mattered.

A regional industrial water operator was running dozens of remote assets across a large service territory. Field crews chased incidents after the fact; the data existed but had no shape. Executives could not see which stations were about to fail, only which had already failed.

They needed a way to turn live telemetry into actionable foresight, without another year of enterprise-scale integration work, and without asking field crews to become data analysts.

Direction first, then form. One team, briefing to launch.

Strategy and design at the front, not bolted on. Six weeks of joint sessions with operations, field leads, and executive sponsors to isolate the two decisions that mattered most: which asset gets attention first, and how much loss is on the table today.

Everything else was constrained to serve those two answers. The insight layer, the alert surface, the field tablet flow, all built to point at the same call.

A predictive layer over live telemetry, delivered in weeks.

An ingestion layer normalizes signals from disparate assets in near real time. It meets the field as it is: SCADA, distributed IoT telemetry, and audit-ready chain-of-custody logging, drawn into one control layer. On top of it, a small predictive model surfaces early-wear indicators before the fault. Field tablets carry the same picture as the control room, so decisions do not get lost in translation.

Faster response, real avoided loss, ownership retained.

↓87% incident response time, measured in live operations
$26k/day potential loss surfaced early, by asset

Numbers reflect first six months of live operation. Comparable operations still measure incident response in hours. What stands is a foundation built to scale across basins and operators: water handling that is more efficient, more reliable, and accountable by design.
